Are you caring for someone at home and working too? Trying to work whilst
caring for someone can be exhausting and stressful. Managing work commitments and caring, maintaining some semblance of a social life and managing your
own health is a tall order. The stress of being a carer can be high as we can feel guilty for not doing enough as well as be stressed by how much we are doing.
This is a paradoxical situation to be in and a position that can leave us isolated
with our feelings.
